Over the last 12 months we have gone through a lot of shifts in our managed services company (Expd8 IT Services)along with our legal case management software (Thread Software) offerings.
We have hired 3 new account managers to assist us with improving our customer experiences across the managed IT services division and Jeremy Seligman has joined the company as our CRO who brings a vast amount of experience in the IT space. We have had 4 new engineers join the team in the last few months to assist in increasing our response times to customers. We have reinvested in our base tools to provide more security services along with 24/7 coverage to our customers to help protect customers in the current IT landscape.
